- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Translate business objectives into actionable HR plans with measurable impact
- Drive a high performance culture through leadership accountability, performance management, and capability building
- Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners across the region
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances
- Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and engagement aligned with company values
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, retention, and productivity
- Maintain a strong presence across operational sites, ensuring proximity to the business
- Support and coach managers on performance management, workforce planning, and people challenges
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and standards across all locations
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Oversee performance management processes and development planning
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partner role within a complex, multi site environment (construction/industrial experience is a plus)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level
- Solid expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management
- Hands on, pragmatic approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
- Experience managing regional teams and working across multiple countries
- Strong knowledge of labor laws within the Middle East region
