- Manage end to end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Process and administer monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee relations matters and provide HR guidance to management and staff
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and other applicable regulations
- Manage visa, labor, and immigration related processes when required
- Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives
- Oversee administrative functions and coordinate with internal departments and external authorities
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of HR and Administration experience in the UAE
- Mandatory experience working with a Contracting/Construction Company in the UAE
- Strong experience in Payroll Management, Recruitment, and HR Operations
- Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law, employment regulations, and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/Payroll systems

Job Overview
