Overview
- **The ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous enhancement of the organization’s ERP environment. This role ensures the effective operation of the system through user access management, issue resolution, reporting, vendor coordination, and process improvement initiatives that support business continuity and operational efficiency.**
Key Responsibilities
- **Administer, support, and maintain the organization’s ERP system to ensure optimal performance and availability.**
- **Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access rights in line with organizational and security requirements.**
- **Monitor system performance and troubleshoot ERP-related issues in a timely and effective manner.**
- **Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution.**
- **Provide first- and second-level support to users across departments and promote effective system utilization.**
- **Maintain system documentation, procedures, and user guides to support operational consistency and compliance.**
- **Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the ERP environment.**
- **Support testing, patching, upgrades, and change management activities related to the ERP system.**
- **Develop reports and dashboards to support operational oversight and management decision-making.**
- **Contribute to user training, data migration, system integrations, and compliance-related activities as required.**
Qualifications & Experience
- **Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.**
- **Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in ERP administration, support, or implementation.**
- **Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems and supporting business process workflows.**
- **Knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Human Resources, Payroll, or Projects.**
- **Familiarity with SQL, databases, reporting tools, and Microsoft Power BI is considered an advantage.**
- **Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.**
- **Experience with ePROMIS ERP will be considered an added advantage**.
