About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule helicopter flights and supply vessels for offshore operations
- Coordinate personnel travel, cargo, and material deliveries
- Optimize routing, capacity, and scheduling efficiency
- Resolve booking conflicts (payload, overbooking, timing)
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, ports, and internal teams
- Prepare daily logistics and operational reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Support and manage logistics IT systems and user access
Requirements
- Diploma / College education
- 6+ years experience in helicopter or marine logistics (Oil & Gas preferred)
- Strong knowledge of offshore logistics and safety risks
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills

Job Purpose
- Plan and coordinate offshore personnel movements, helicopter scheduling, and marine logistics to ensure safe, efficient, and cost effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule helicopter flights and supply vessels for offshore operations
- Coordinate personnel travel, cargo, and material deliveries
- Optimize routing, capacity, and scheduling efficiency
- Resolve booking conflicts (payload, overbooking, timing)
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, ports, and internal teams

- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures

Work Conditions
- Based in operations control center (JOC)
- 24/7 shift pattern (12 hour shifts, rotating day/night)
- On call during off days
Requirements
- Diploma / College education
- 6+ years experience in helicopter or marine logistics (Oil & Gas preferred)
- Strong knowledge of offshore logistics and safety risks
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills
