About the Role
Brunel is seeking a Senior Helicopter Operations Coordinator to plan and coordinate offshore personnel movements, helicopter flight scheduling, and marine activity in Doha.

Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule helicopters and supply vessels for offshore operations, assessing loads, capacity, and route economy
- Liaise and coordinate timely delivery of materials and cargo between users and contractors
- Schedule and prioritize deliveries of bulk materials to offshore locations
- Resolve conflicts in passenger and cargo bookings using computer based logistics systems
- Coordinate with Qatar Armed Forces for military aircraft/vessel movements and safety deconfliction
- Act as Super User for cloud based logistics IT systems, fixing technical issues and granting access
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years' experience in programming supply vessels or helicopters or similar operations within oil and gas
- Fluent English (level 6) both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of safety risk associated with personnel and cargo movement
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong administrative and analytical skills

Role Overview
- Accountable for planning and coordination of offshore personnel movements, helicopter flight scheduling, and marine activity coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Plans and schedules helicopters and supply vessels in support of all offshore operations
- Liaises and coordinates timely delivery of materials and cargo between users and contractors
- Schedules and prioritizes deliveries of cement, drilling chemicals, diesel fuel, water, and other bulk
- Resolves conflicts in passenger and cargo bookings using computer based logistics systems
- Coordinates with Qatar Armed Forces for military aircraft/vessel movements and safety deconfliction
- Acts as Super User for cloud based logistics IT systems
Qualifications
- College or equivalent education
- Minimum 6 years' experience in programming supply vessels or helicopters or similar operations within oil and gas
- Fluent English (level 6) both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of safety risk associated with personnel and cargo movement
- Proficient MS Office
- Strong administrative and analytical skills
