Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional hair services according to the highest salon standards.
- Perform advanced balayage, highlights, ombré, babylights, airtouch, and dimensional color techniques.
- Perform full coloring, bleaching, toning, color correction, and complex color transformations.
- Perform precision haircuts, blow-drying, styling, hair extensions, and special-occasion hairstyles.
- Conduct consultations and assess clients' hair condition, needs, and desired results.
- Create customized hair-color formulas and recommend suitable techniques.
- Execute major hair transformations and corrective color services safely and professionally.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and consistent, high-quality results.
- Build a base of loyal and premium clients and recommend suitable hair-care products and treatments.
- Stay updated with international hairstyling, coloring, balayage, and beauty trends.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, workstation organization, and professional presentation.
- Support and mentor junior stylists when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Hair Stylist.
- Strong technical skills and creativity.
- Excellent knowledge of hair products and treatments.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy salon environment.
- Passion for beauty and hairstyling with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Compensation
- Pay starts at QAR 1.00 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
