Responsibilities
- Co own demand generation across priority markets (UAE and KSA first, then expansion)
- Partner with VP of Marketing, peer Growth Marketing Manager, and leaders of Business Development, Supply, Product, and Data
- Ship a written diagnostic of the UAE and KSA performance stack within first 90 days
- Own one market and one service line end to end
- Rank top automation bets by hours saved and decision quality
- Ship one AI loop in production with real guardrails
- Run a weekly growth sync that moves decisions, not status
- Deliver measurable lift in incremental NMV per user across markets within 12 months
- Build a live incrementality program with geo tests, holdouts, and lift studies
- Hire and lead a small, senior, autonomous team of 1 2 people

- 5+ years of hands on performance marketing ownership with personal campaign execution in the last 12 months
- Incrementality fluency: designed and run holdout tests, geo experiments, or user level lift studies
- App first or marketplace experience understanding install to repeat economics
- AI in production: designed, built, or deployed an AI/automation system that improved performance outcomes

The opportunity
- Justlife is the GCC’s leading super app for home services, with over 15 million sessions delivered in 10+ cities across the GCC.
- We are hiring our second Senior Growth Marketing Manager to co own growth alongside an existing peer.
- This role is for an operator who wants to build the growth engine that takes Justlife from regional leader to category defining.
What you’ll actually do
- Co own demand generation across priority markets: UAE and KSA first, then expansion.
- Partner directly with VP of Marketing, peer Growth Marketing Manager, and leaders of Business Development, Supply, Product, and Data.
- In first 90 days: ship a written diagnostic of UAE and KSA performance stack; own one market and one service line end to end; rank top automation bets; ship one AI loop in production; run a weekly growth sync.
- In first 12 months: deliver measurable lift in incremental NMV per user; build a live incrementality program; achieve faster payback; deploy AI enabled performance systems; hire 1 2 people; earn decision making autonomy.
What we’re looking for (must haves)
- 5+ years of hands on performance marketing ownership with personal campaign execution in the last 12 months.
- Incrementality fluency: designed and run holdout tests, geo experiments, or user level lift studies.
- App first or marketplace experience understanding install to repeat economics.
- AI in production: personally designed, built, or deployed an AI/automation system that materially improved a performance outcome.
Nice to have
- Scale up experience where you built systems, not just inherited them.
- GCC or emerging market growth experience.
- Built an MMM or advanced measurement system from scratch.
- Hands on with SQL or Python.
