Senior Growth Marketer

• Plan and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Fintel Connect’s priority channels.
• Develop audience targeting and channel recommendations based on our ICP and commercial priorities.
• Manage campaigns from planning through optimization, with a focus on qualified demand and pipeline contribution.
• Test audiences, messaging, offers, creative and landing pages to improve performance.
• Review channel performance and recommend where to scale, optimize or adjust investment.
• Partner with Content and Design on campaign creative and messaging.

• Turn GTM priorities into demand-generation campaigns for Fintel Connect’s priority audiences and accounts.
• Build campaign plans that define the audience, buyer needs, offer, channels, and success measures.
• Support and execute account-based marketing initiatives in partnership with Sales.
• Coordinate campaigns across paid, email, content, events, partnerships, and other relevant channels.
• Identify new opportunities to reach and engage priority audiences and accounts.

• Track campaign performance, lead quality and pipeline contribution.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure programs are accurately tracked and measurable.
• Review performance across acquisition, conversion, lead quality and pipeline.
• Identify what is working, what could improve, and what should be tested next.
• Turn campaign data into practical recommendations and next steps.
• Build a consistent approach to testing and optimization across Growth Marketing programs.

• 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, fintech, financial services, performance marketing or another B2B environment.
• Experience developing or executing B2B demand-generation programs.
• Experience planning and managing paid acquisition campaigns.
• Comfortable working with campaign data and using it to improve performance.
• Good understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and the B2B buyer journey.
• Familiarity with CRM and Marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience is an asset.
• Exposure to areas such as ABM, lifecycle marketing, or conversion optimization is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, hands-on Marketing team.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Financial services, fintech or affiliate/partnership marketing experience are an asset.

In your first 12 months, you will have:

• Built a repeatable paid acquisition engine targeting Fintel Connect’s highest-priority audiences and accounts.
• Improved paid efficiency and lead quality through better targeting, segmentation, creative testing and optimization.
• Built integrated demand-generation and ABM programs tied directly to Fintel Connect’s GTM priorities and buying situations.
• Established clear lifecycle and nurture journeys that progress engaged buyers toward Sales readiness.
• Improved conversion across campaign landing pages, CTAs and key Marketing journeys through structured experimentation.
• Created a consistent test-and-learn cadence across paid, campaigns and conversion.
• Established clear campaign measurement and retrospective processes, with recommendations on what to scale, change or stop.
• Built a strong feedback loop with Sales around lead quality, buyer signals and messaging.
• Increased qualified pipeline contribution from Marketing while creating greater visibility into what is driving results.
