Opportunity
Lead a pod of Account Coordinators and Account Managers while directly managing at least one significant client account.
Own team performance and development alongside the strategic direction of a major client relationship.
First-year priorities
- Establish consistent client review standards across the pod.
- Own client strategy, performance against targets, and renewal for a significant account.
- Assess team strengths and development gaps and create plans to address them.
- Improve onboarding, client health monitoring, reporting, and publisher experience.
- Lead troubleshooting for tracking and technical implementation issues.
Team leadership
- Run one-on-ones, set goals, and conduct quarterly performance conversations.
- Coach team members through client calls, reporting reviews, and actionable feedback.
- Manage workload, absence coverage, and reallocations during escalations.
- Own hiring and onboarding for the pod as it grows.
Client and operations
- Build account strategies against client goals and revenue targets.
