Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and print materials.
• Create and maintain visual identities across multiple restaurant and hospitality brands.
• Design social media posts, stories, advertisements, menus, presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and brand teams to align designs with campaign objectives.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines for typography, colors, imagery, and overall visual direction.
• Own design projects from concept development through final delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers when required.
• Stay current with design trends, creative technologies, and industry best practices.
• Work with photographers, videographers, agencies, and other creative partners when required.
• Review and enhance existing creative materials for consistency and high-quality execution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience within F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
