Back of House Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, specifications, and quality standards.
- Ensure food is presented consistently and meets company standards.
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock using FIFO principles.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or wastage.
- Support kitchen operations during busy service periods.
- Handle and store ingredients and prepared food items properly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Comply with health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to prepare and cook food according to recipes, specifications, and quality standards.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to handle and store ingredients and prepared food items properly.
- Ability to support kitchen operations during busy service periods.
