Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to take a leadership role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual assets across various mediums for the Fakeeh Healthcare facility.

- Take a leadership role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high quality visual assets across various mediums for the Fakeeh Healthcare facility, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers within the Fakeeh Healthcare facility, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment
- Plan and create marketing and advertising executions and campaigns via creating engaging, eye catching visual solutions across various mediums such as advertisements, banners, posters, digital, and electronic media
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously for the Fakeeh Healthcare facility, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines
- Develop educational and content with different levels of complexity delivering messages to patients in formats such as infographics to simplify difficult medical concepts
- Design promotional displays, packaging, posters, brochures, and advertisements in line with the Fakeeh Care brand guidelines
- Enhance patient experience and interface design, interpret research and develop designs in line with patient feedback during AB testing
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into design concepts
- Review and approve design concepts, ensuring they meet both creative standards and project specifications
- Play a key role in maintaining brand consistency across all visual elements and communication channels
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and strategies to enhance design projects
- Provide art direction for photo shoots, illustrations, and other visual elements as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience
- Expert proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Knowledge of print and digital production processes and requirements
- Creative problem solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing design requirements
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic

- Leads and mentors a team of graphic designers within the Fakeeh Healthcare facility, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
- Plans and create marketing and advertising executions and campaigns via creating engaging, eye catching visual solutions to effectively communicate messages across various mediums such as advertisements, banners (pop up and roll up) posters, digital, and electronic media.
- Manages multiple design projects simultaneously for the Fakeeh Healthcare facility, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Communication design, developing educational and content with different levels of complexity delivering messages to patients in formats such as infographics to simplify difficult medical concepts to the typical patient (non medical acumen).
- Designs promotional displays, packaging, posters, brochures, and advertisements in line with the Fakeeh Care brand guidelines.
- Ability to enhance Patient experience and interface design. Must be able to interpret research and develop designs in line with patient feedback during AB testing and work within the confines of digital platforms for websites, apps and digital platforms.
- Stays updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into design concepts for Fakeeh Healthcare facility projects.
- Reviews and approves design concepts, ensuring they meet both creative standards and project specifications for the Fakeeh Healthcare facility.

Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
Language
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
