Senior Graphic Designer

Overview

Brand Identity & Branding

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand identity systems including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines
• Design brand collateral such as business cards, letterheads, envelopes, and company profiles
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — digital, print, and environmental
• Rebrand and refresh existing brand assets as required

Presentations & Pitch Decks

• Design polished, visually engaging PowerPoint and Keynote presentations for leadership, clients, and pitches
• Build reusable, on-brand slide templates for internal teams
• Transform raw data and text into clear, impactful visual storytelling

Marketing & Digital Design

• Create social media graphics, banners, digital ads, and email marketing visuals
• Design landing pages, web banners, and UI assets in collaboration with the digital team
• Produce motion graphics and animated content for social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Print & Production

• Design brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, signage, and exhibition materials
• Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring correct file formats, bleeds, and color profiles
• Coordinate with print vendors and manage production timelines

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work alongside marketing, sales, and leadership teams to understand design briefs and deliver on objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Maintain an organized library of assets, fonts, templates, and design files.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Minimum 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a UAE or regional market
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, presentations, and multi-channel design

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Keynote for professional presentation design
• Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD for digital and UI design work
• Understanding of print production standards, file preparation, and color management (CMYK, Pantone)
• Basic motion graphics capability (After Effects or similar) is a strong advantage

Soft Skills & Attributes

• Strong sense of aesthetics with an eye for detail, typography, and layout
• Ability to take creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual output
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills; able to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
• Collaborative, adaptable, and open to constructive feedback.

Preferred And Nice-To-Have Skills

• Experience working with Arabic typography and bilingual (Arabic/English) design
• Photography or photo retouching skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media content best practices
• Previous agency experience or exposure to diverse industries
• Familiarity with brand strategy and consumer behavior
• Pay: AED1.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
