About the Role

Responsibilities
- Create innovative and market driven designs for paper packaging products, including paper cups, paper bowls, paper bags, burger boxes, food containers, and other disposable packaging
- Develop artwork, layouts, and packaging concepts that meet customer requirements and production standards
- Prepare print ready files and ensure artwork complies with printing specifications and dielines
- Coordinate with production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing
- Review and approve proofs, color accuracy, and final artwork before production
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while delivering creative and functional packaging designs
- Stay up to date with industry trends, printing technologies, packaging materials, and consumer preferences
- Mentor junior designers and maintain high quality design standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in paper printing, paper packaging, or food packaging manufacturing industry
- Hands on experience designing products such as paper cups, paper bowls, paper bags, burger boxes, pizza boxes, food trays, takeaway containers, corrugated and folding carton packaging
- Strong knowledge of prepress, color separation, printing techniques, die cutting, and packaging production
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent creativity, communication, problem solving, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in the paper printing and packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with packaging mockups and 3D visualization software is an advantage
- Excellent creativity, communication, problem solving, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in offset, flexographic, or digital printing
- Knowledge of food grade packaging materials and packaging regulations
- Familiarity with barcode placement, packaging labeling requirements, and print production workflows
