Parsons is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer for a major roads, infrastructure and drainage programme in Qatar.

The role covers geotechnical, earthworks and soil-improvement supervision across roads, utilities, drainage and associated structures.

Supervise geotechnical investigations, construction activities, ground improvement, earthworks and foundation-related works.
Review contractor geotechnical submissions, designs, method statements, inspection plans, testing and monitoring proposals.
Monitor groundwater, temporary dewatering, settlement, treatment performance and verification testing.
Coordinate geotechnical requirements with multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders.
Manage observations, non-conformance reports, inspection records, testing registers and handover documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, or an equivalent relevant engineering discipline.
At least 20 years of post-graduate experience, including at least 10 years in a similar geotechnical or soil-improvement role.
Relevant professional experience in the Middle East is required.
Experience with an engineering consultant or Engineer’s Representative on major roads, infrastructure and drainage projects is required.
