The Senior Functional Consultant will be the primary point of contact for customers on all functional requirements related to contract intelligence, legacy contract migration, and AI-driven analytics implementations.
This role requires a strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), data migration, and AI-powered contract analytics solutions.
The consultant will work closely with customers to define business outcomes, configure solutions, improve extraction accuracy, and ensure successful adoption of Icertis AI/ML products.
The primary goal is to earn customer trust by providing expert guidance, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and delivering measurable business value throughout the implementation lifecycle.
