Key responsibilities
- Own software delivery from initial design and development through deployment, monitoring, and production maintenance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to shape feature requirements.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and support processes to maintain operational reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and foster ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
