Role Overview
The Threat Intelligence Services team turns threat data and telemetry into reporting, analytics, detection content, and live briefings.
The engineer will build and operate internal web applications, data integrations, automation, cloud infrastructure, and a customer-facing content management system.
This is an end-to-end builder role spanning infrastructure, back-end services, front-end applications, and analyst workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot AWS services including EC2, Lambda, storage, networking, monitoring, and deployment pipelines.
- Build APIs and integrations connecting threat intelligence platforms, third-party feeds, and LLM services.
- Develop React and Node.js front ends for analyst dashboards, report generators, and detection tooling.
- Maintain the headless CMS-based customer threat intelligence portal and its database and micro-front-end infrastructure.
- Write Python and FastAPI services for data processing, report generation, detection rules, and workflow automation.
- Partner with analysts to automate repetitive intelligence workflows.
- Own reliability, troubleshooting, QA, security, observability, and documentation.
