The work combines full-stack development, AI technologies, and privacy-first product design for family memories.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Integrate AI/ML services for memory organization and curation features.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
- Implement secure, privacy-first solutions for sensitive family data.
- Optimize performance and support 99.9% uptime reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
- Work with AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and APIs.
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB database design.
- Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or microservices architecture.
- Background in privacy-focused or healthcare applications.
- Open source contributions or active participation in the technology community.
- Experience with image or video processing and storage optimization.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
