The Marketing Manager will tell the Eterna story and help families discover the importance of preserving their digital legacy.
The role focuses on creating campaigns that resonate with families worldwide and drive meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create compelling content that tells authentic family stories.
- Manage social media presence and community engagement.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automation.
- Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns for return on investment.
- Collaborate with the product team on go-to-market strategies.
- Manage influencer and brand partner relationships.
- Coordinate marketing events and webinars.
Essential Qualifications
- At least 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2C marketing.
- Strong content creation skills across various formats.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
- Proficiency in social media management and advertising.
- Experience with analytics tools and a data-driven approach.
- Understanding of family dynamics and emotional marketing.
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting abilities.
- Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing family or lifestyle products.
- Background in emotional or cause-driven marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Experience with video content creation and editing.
- Understanding of international marketing and cultural sensitivity.
