Senior Full Stack Engineer (Application + Data)

Role Overview

Team and Workplace

• The software engineering team includes eight engineers within a broader technology department of approximately 30 professionals.
• The team uses small squads with full-stack ownership and works across frontend applications, backend services, databases, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and operate complete software solutions across frontend, backend, and data pipelines.
• Develop customer-facing and internal web applications using Vue.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Build backend applications, APIs, integrations, and services using Java.
• Design relational and NoSQL data models, event-driven workflows, and scalable service architectures.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, dbt, and Databricks.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, including DynamoDB and Kafka.
• Build automated tests and CI/CD pipelines while monitoring and improving production systems.
