Junior Account Manager

Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Manage relationships and account health across a portfolio of real estate developers, property managers, offices, and SMBs.
• Drive repeat orders, strategic spend commitments, account retention, and portfolio growth.
• Conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals, place orders, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and sales support.
• Work with Sales Assistants and Account Development Representatives to improve order execution and account coverage.
• Use existing playbooks, targeted outreach campaigns, and seasonal commercial calendars to engage business buyers.
• Maintain CRM notes and pipeline records for forecasting, account health tracking, and cross-team collaboration.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets within program profitability guidelines, with uncapped commission as the portfolio grows.

Who You Are

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business client relations.
• You bring foundational sales knowledge, strong customer service instincts, organization, and a willingness to learn.
• You are comfortable adopting sales technology, CRM automation, and AI workflow tools.
• You can build rapport with business clients and internal cross-functional partners.
• You learn effectively through peer collaboration, live deals, and feedback.
• You are willing to travel periodically for trade shows, client meetings, or offsite events.
• You are legally authorized to work in Canada and can complete a permitted criminal background check after a conditional offer.
• Interest in interior design, real estate development, or commercial spaces is an asset but is not required.

Compensation

• Base salary is listed as 63,000 to 68,000 CAD per year, with performance-based commission.
• Initial on-target earnings are listed as 72,000 to 85,000 or more CAD in the first year.
• The role includes a 4% RRSP match through Wealthsimple.

Workplace

• The team follows a hybrid work model with three days per week at the Vancouver headquarters.
• Tuesday in-person team meetings are mandatory.
• Employees may work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to three weeks per year.
