About the Role
DeepLight AI seeks a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to bridge data science and enterprise software architecture. You will design, deploy, and scale AI systems across cloud and on-premise environments, owning the full engineering lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Architect end to end, highly secure AI and Generative AI systems for on premise and cloud infrastructures
- Design, build, and optimize high throughput, secure APIs to serve AI models and agentic workflows
- Integrate proprietary cloud foundation models and fine tuned open source models into unified software ecosystems
- Leverage deep theoretical understanding of Transformers, PyTorch, and TensorFlow to implement and optimize deep learning models
- Design scalable knowledge retrieval frameworks using embedding models and enterprise grade Vector Databases
- Build and evaluate systematic prompting frameworks and compile models using ONNX for optimized inference
- Own containerization and scaling of AI services using Docker and Kubernetes
- Build and automate MLOps CI/CD pipelines for model lineage, versions, evaluations, and drift detection
- Implement FinOps practices to track and optimize token usage, cloud compute, and inferencing costs
- Architect and optimize large scale data processing systems for AI training and embedding workflows
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing, launching, and managing containerized AI/ML or data intensive applications in highly regulated enterprise environments
- Proven track record applying deep learning models across both NLP and Computer Vision fields
- Practical experience implementing production grade model monitoring frameworks and optimizing cloud/token expenditure
- Deep operational command of Docker and enterprise Kubernetes infrastructure
- Expert level knowledge of Azure (or alternative major clouds) and on premise deployment constraints
- Strong proficiency in Big Data toolsets and modern API gateway designs
- Rigorous foundational grasp of transformer architectures, embedding mechanics, and deep learning via PyTorch/TensorFlow
- High proficiency across SQL, NoSQL, and Vector Database engines
- Perfect tier software engineering skills in Python and advanced data processing techniques
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related quantitative discipline (preferred)
- Deep domain experience within banking, understanding data residency laws and financial compliance (preferred)
- Practical experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) and cloud MLOps suites (preferred)
