About the Role
DeepLight AI seeks a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients, particularly in financial services. You will architect multi-agent frameworks, optimize RAG pipelines, and fine-tune deep learning models.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize enterprise grade Generative AI applications and multi agent frameworks
- Architect and maintain scalable RAG pipelines using vector databases and semantic search
- Develop and evaluate advanced prompting techniques, guardrails, and context window management
- Train, fine tune, and deploy deep learning models across NLP and Computer Vision domains
- Evaluate and deploy proprietary cloud models and open source foundation models
- Convert and optimize models for production deployment using ONNX
- Architect and refine data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines
- Design and optimize high throughput queries across SQL and NoSQL/Vector databases
- Establish robust model evaluation frameworks for accuracy, drift, latency, and safety
Requirements
- Proven track record of designing, evaluating, and operating AI/ML models in high availability enterprise or production environments
- Demonstrated professional or research experience spanning both NLP and Computer Vision
- Hands on experience with enterprise cloud AI infrastructures (Azure AI Studio or AWS Bedrock)
- Deep conceptual understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, function calling, and embedding models
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Perfect tier coding skills in Python with asynchronous programming and design patterns
- Advanced capabilities in processing massive datasets using Pandas, NumPy, Polars, or PySpark
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience engineering AI solutions within banking, fintech, or regulated environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen (preferred)

- Perfect tier coding skills in Python with asynchronous programming, design patterns, and clean modular code.
- Advanced capabilities in processing massive datasets using Pandas, NumPy, Polars, or PySpark.
Preferred Qualifications
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
- Prior experience engineering AI solutions within banking, fintech, or highly regulated corporate environments.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen for agentic workflow construction.
