Role Overview
Accenture is looking for two experienced Senior Full Stack Developers to join a high-performing delivery team on a significant client engagement. These are not standard development roles — you will be expected to lead the technical build, set the standard for quality, and manage an offshore development team as a hands-on technical lead.
You will be the most senior technical voice on the project. That means making architectural decisions, driving delivery, mentoring the wider team, and being the bridge between client stakeholders and the development effort. We are looking for people who are as comfortable in a client meeting as they are in a codebase.

About the Role
Accenture is looking for two experienced Senior Full Stack Developers to join a high-performing delivery team on a significant client engagement. These are not standard development roles — you will be expected to lead the technical build, set the standard for quality, and manage an offshore development team as a hands-on technical lead.
You will be the most senior technical voice on the project. That means making architectural decisions, driving delivery, mentoring the wider team, and being the bridge between client stakeholders and the development effort. We are looking for people who are as comfortable in a client meeting as they are in a codebase.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the end-to-end technical build of a complex web application from design through to production delivery
Managing and mentoring an offshore development team — setting standards, reviewing output, unblocking progress, and maintaining delivery velocity
Working directly with client stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage technical expectations, and communicate progress
Making and owning architectural and technical decisions that will shape the long-term health of the codebase
Writing and reviewing production-quality React and C# .NET code — this is a hands-on lead role, not a purely supervisory one
Establishing and enforcing coding standards, review processes, and quality gates across the team
Collaborating with designers, BAs, and QA to ensure what gets built is what was intended
Who You Are
You take ownership. When something is your responsibility, you see it through.
You lead by example. Your code is the standard the team measures itself against.
You communicate well — with developers, with clients, and with stakeholders who don't share your technical background.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and able to make good decisions with incomplete information.
You care about the craft. You build things properly, not just quickly #LI_GM #LI-GM
Technical Skills
- We are looking for genuinely balanced full stack developers — equally strong on the front end and back end. If your experience skews heavily in one direction, this is likely not the right role.
- 10+ years of commercial software development experience
- Strong, production-proven experience with React and TypeScript on the front end
- Strong, production-proven experience with C# and .NET MVC on the back end
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating applications on Microsoft Azure
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration
- Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud-hosted environments
- A track record of writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code at scale
Leadership & Delivery
Demonstrated experience leading a development team — onshore, offshore, or both
Comfortable managing delivery under pressure and communicating clearly when plans change
Strong enough technically to review and challenge the work of other senior developers
Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and stakeholder reporting
The confidence to push back when a technical direction isn't right, and the communication skills to bring people with you
