The Opportunity

  • We're hiring an Automation Focused Full Stack Engineer for the Gravity pod to spearhead the evolution of our core automation product.
  • The gravity pod owns critical integration workstreams connecting pharmacies and healthcare providers.
  • We need an engineer who naturally takes extreme ownership and can help lead this project toward production readiness and international scale.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the Automation Product to Production: move automation workflows from experimental to production level state.
  • Architect for Reliability & Scale: build robust desktop automation solutions scalable to thousands of pharmacies.
  • Own the US Expansion Blueprint: design infrastructure changes for US region.
  • Implement High Bar Security & Compliance: ensure HIPAA compliance and address MITM vulnerabilities.
  • Lead Product Architecture: own end to end lifecycle of desktop automation tools.
  • Drive AI/ML Research: experiment with and train AI/ML models.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: act as core technical voice, run client facing meetings.
  • Mentor and Support: act as technical anchor, mentor intermediate and intern engineers.

About You

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with heavy focus on desktop automation.
  • Expert level proficiency in Python and Node.js.
  • Strong hands on experience with AWS and SQL.
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort in client facing meetings.
  • AI fluency: ability to leverage, fine tune, or train AI/ML models.
  • Nice to have: experience in building secure installer distributions.
  • Nice to have: prior experience in healthcare tech, HIPAA compliance, or clinical workflows.

Compensation

  • Salary range: CAD 115,000 – CAD 176,000 annually.
