Build a new AI-powered internal platform combining a modern web application, cloud-native backend services, and generative AI.
Work across the full stack and partner directly with business teams to shape an early-stage product.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend systems from early prototypes through production.
- Build integrations between the platform and cloud and AI infrastructure.
- Translate business workflows into working software with direct stakeholder partnership.
- Implement authentication, access control, and data governance for sensitive business data.
- Improve testing, CI/CD, deployment, and observability practices.
- Iterate quickly from real usage and feedback while balancing speed and reliability.
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with production ownership across frontend and backend systems.
- Strong Python skills with FastAPI or a comparable asynchronous Python web framework.
- Strong React and TypeScript experience.
- Production experience integrating LLM or AI APIs.
- Experience with a major cloud provider; Azure is preferred, with AWS or GCP also considered.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0 and OIDC authentication flows.
