Senior Software Engineer role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions using TypeScript.
The position supports business and technical requirements while working with distributed, cross-functional teams.
Location and Work Arrangement
- Remote role with work-from-anywhere arrangements.
Employment and Compensation
- Full-time position.
- Compensation is listed at $30-$90 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using TypeScript and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver functional products.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions for scalable system design.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on TypeScript development experience.
- Strong expertise in a modern frontend framework such as React or Angular.
- Experience with backend development using Node.js or a similar runtime environment.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
- Ability to write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
