The Opportunity

We're doing an AI-first engineering rebuild for a company that already has an audience of 100M+ people. This is a zero-to-one build with no legacy constraints, so you get to define a modern frontend stack from scratch instead of inheriting a tangle of old code. You're here to build customer-facing experiences that millions of people actually use.

The Product

You'll design, build, and evolve the user-facing applications at the center of the MrBeast membership ecosystem. The work is fast and AI-first, in close partnership with product and design. That means:

Build scalable, performant frontend architectures and reusable components for consumer apps with the potential to reach 100M+ people.

Make core user journeys fast: page-load times and frontend latency are numbers you own and move.

Use AI coding agents and modern tooling as the baseline for how you ship, not the exception.

What You'll Do

Design and implement scalable frontend architectures for complex web applications.

Build and maintain reusable UI components and design-system integrations that other engineers ship on.
