Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, scalable web applications using React.js
• Build reusable, maintainable UI components and design systems
• Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, Zustand)
• Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability
• Integrate frontend with REST/GraphQL APIs
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Implement modern UI/UX best practices and accessibility (WCAG standards)
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented TypeScript/JavaScript code
• Collaborate with backend, UX/UI designers, and product teams
• Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring junior developers
• Work with CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments
• Debug and resolve production issues efficiently

Key Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong expertise in React.js (Hooks, Functional Components, Lifecycle)
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand)
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind, or Styled Components
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs / GraphQL
• Familiarity with Next.js (SSR/SSG) is a strong plus
• Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, memoization)
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, RTL, Cypress)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Understanding of web security best practices (XSS, CSRF prevention)
• Nice to Have
• Experience with Micro Frontend architecture
• Knowledge of design systems (Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
