About the Role
Royal Cyber KSA seeks a QA CRM Tester with 5-8+ years of QA experience and 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM testing. Must have strong knowledge of CRM Sales, Service, Marketing modules, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, EasyRepro, Selenium, and SQL.

Responsibilities
- Perform functional and API testing of Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Write detailed test cases and execute end to end testing.
- Use Azure DevOps, EasyRepro, Selenium for test automation and management.
- Validate data using SQL queries.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8+ years of QA experience
- At least 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM testing
- Strong knowledge of CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
- Hands on experience with Azure DevOps, EasyRepro, Selenium, or similar tools
- Good understanding of SQL queries for data validation
- Ability to write detailed test cases and perform end to end testing
- Strong communication skills; ability to work with cross functional teams
