- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex single page applications using React and related technologies
- Architect scalable, modular, and reusable frontend components and systems
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements and UX designs into high quality code
- Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross browser compatibility
- Implement and advocate for best practices in frontend development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation
- Integrate secure RESTful APIs, streaming services, secure websocket connections, authentication, authorization, and other backend services into the frontend application
- Lead technical discussions, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to long term product strategy
- Mentor and guide junior and mid level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
- At least 3 years focused on React
- Proven experience building and maintaining production grade single page applications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with GitHub practices and workflows
- Familiarity with modern build tools and workflows (npm/yarn)
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
- Experience with testing frameworks such as React Testing Library or Cypress
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and browser rendering behavior
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
