About the Role

  • The Commercial Executive will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified sales opportunities, building relationships with enterprise customers, and supporting the commercial team in achieving revenue objectives.
  • This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, commercial operations, account management, or technology sales.
  • You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive the adoption of CNTXT AI's solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective enterprise customers across government, enterprise, and technology sectors.
  • Generate qualified business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound lead follow up.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Schedule discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and executive introductions.
  • Qualify prospects using established sales methodologies.
  • Support senior commercial leaders throughout the enterprise sales cycle.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, commercial offers, and customer documentation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activities.
  • Assist with RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and commercial submissions.
  • Conduct competitor and market research.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, commercial operations, account management, or technology sales.
  • Experience selling or supporting B2B technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, data services, or enterprise software is highly preferred.
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, and enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
  • Self motivated with a proactive and results oriented mindset.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
