We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Analyst to join our dynamic finance team.
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes within our organization.
You will collaborate closely with various departments to provide in-depth financial insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations that support business growth and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive financial models to forecast company performance and profitability.
- Analyze financial results and metrics to identify trends, variances, and risks.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and financial plans aligned with company objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports and presentations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decisions.
- Support the development and implementation of automated reporting tools and dashboards.
- Evaluate and assess financial performance of investment projects and business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements across the organization.
- Monitor financial performance indicators and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports to support business initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all financial data and analysis provided.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
- Strong proficiency with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets and financial plans.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
