You will work day-to-day embedded in one or more of SEEK’s teams, partnering with people across the organisation to understand their needs and improve how work gets done. In this role, you will design and deploy AI-enabled intelligence platforms, workflows and tools that strengthen decision-making and improve productivity across SEEK.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, this is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You’ll partner with teams across the organisation, including Product, Data, Architecture, AI and Engineering, to solve business problems by building scalable systems, workflows and decision-support tools that improve the speed, quality and consistency of work.
Own the end-to-end delivery of solutions for embedded teams, from opportunity identification and approach development through to implementation, adoption and realised benefits.
Build—and partner with others to build—solutions such as intelligence platforms, copilots embedded into ways of working, and agents that orchestrate and automate core processes.
Collaborate across Product, Data, Architecture, AI and Engineering to deliver solutions aligned with SEEK’s technology patterns and share learnings across the organisation.
Build capability and encourage adoption through training, coaching, playbooks, templates, communities of practice and effective operating rhythms.
Monitor adoption, quality, productivity and business impact, using these insights to continuously improve AI-enabled workflows and tools.
Experience designing and building AI-enabled products, workflows, agents or decision-support systems.
Strong understanding of modern AI technologies including LLMs, retrieval systems, agent architectures, evaluation approaches and guardrails.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical, scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Strong business judgement, with the ability to connect organisational objectives to effective systems, workflows and decision-support tools.
Experience embedding new tools, technologies or operating models through stakeholder engagement, training and coaching.
Experience in areas such as forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, product management, consulting, transformation or startup environments will be valuable, as will experience building internal AI products, knowledge systems or intelligence platforms.
