Role Overview
Join the team as an experienced Senior Florist.
Create bouquets, arrangements, wedding flowers, and event installations.
Responsibilities
- Create floral designs, bouquets, and arrangements.
- Produce wedding flowers and event installations.
- Lead and train junior florists.
- Meet deadlines while working under pressure.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of professional floristry experience.
- Have strong floral design and flower-care skills.
- Be creative and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to lead and train junior florists.
- Have good communication and customer-service skills.
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education is preferred.
- A floral portfolio may be submitted if available.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
- Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting; this is preferred.
