Role Overview
Lead luxury interior fit-out site execution with a focus on precision, craftsmanship, quality control, and design integrity.
Work across ultra-luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct integration of luxury materials and detailed interfaces such as marble-to-wood transitions, custom metal trims, and shadow gaps.
- Supervise waterjet-cut marble layouts, vein matching, pattern alignment, and polishing finishes.
- Oversee fabric-laminated, antique, smart, and custom architectural glass installations.
- Supervise bespoke joinery, wall paneling, surface preparation, silk wallcoverings, and fabric paneling.
- Identify on-site design discrepancies and propose practical engineering solutions while preserving artistic intent.
- Execute quality checks against approved shop drawings and luxury hospitality or residential standards.
- Accelerate site schedules without compromising craftsmanship.
- Optimize material handling to reduce high-value material waste and improve margins.
- Use AutoCAD for shop drawing reviews and adjustments and MS Project or Primavera for progress tracking and resource management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 8+ years of hands-on site management experience in high-end luxury interior fit-out projects.
- Technical knowledge of fabric-laminated glass, waterjet marble mosaics, silk wallcoverings, and bespoke joinery installation.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and either MS Project or Primavera.
- Strong attention to detail, leadership, problem-solving ability, and design aesthetics.
