Job Description
Empro Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced **Senior Finishing Carpenter** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in high-quality finishing works and the ability to lead a team to deliver projects on time with excellent workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute finishing carpentry works including doors, wardrobes, cabinets, wall paneling, and decorative elements
- Read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications
- Supervise and guide carpenters and helpers on-site and in the workshop
- Ensure high standards of quality and finishing in all works
- Coordinate with site engineers and other trades
- Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient use of resources
- Complete assigned tasks within project timelines
- Follow all safety regulations and site requirements
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in finishing carpentry (UAE experience preferred)
- Experience in villa projects and interior fit-outs
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Ability to read drawings and execute work independently
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
