- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing/business development within the UAE Interior Fit Out or Construction industry
- Strong network of industry contacts (consultants, contractors, developers, clients)
- Track record of bringing confirmed projects/orders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self driven, target oriented, and result focused
- UAE driving license is a must

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and well connected Business Development/ Sales Officer to support business development in the Interior Fit Out and renovation/Construction sector.
- The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience in the UAE market and the ability to generate leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and secure projects in: Interior Fit Out Works, Joinery & Carpentry, Swimming Pool Construction, Landscaping Works
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers

Compensation & Benefits
- Attractive commission on successful project acquisition
- Salary: AED 4,000 – 8,000 + Incentive Slab Structure
