- Manage day to day accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collections and payments
- Handle inventory accounting, cost analysis, and reconciliations related to trading operations
- Prepare VAT/tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support annual audits by coordinating with external auditors
- Ensure internal controls are implemented and adhered to financial transactions
- Provide financial insights and reports to management to support decision making
- Prepare and review financial statements for the Fund Manager in compliance with DFSA requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification: ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent (mandatory)
- 3 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in financial services
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and local accounting regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
- DFSA experience
- Excellent MS Excel and financial analysis skills

Role Description
- This is a full time on site role for a Senior Finance Officer based in Dubai.
