- Monitor and enforce compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across the fund’s activities
- Review investment transactions, conduct compliance checks, and maintain up to date records of regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks, perform risk assessments, and support internal and external audits
- Prepare reports for senior management, provide guidance and training to team members on compliance matters
- Liaise with regulators and external partners as needed
Requirements
- Strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, with experience implementing and overseeing compliance frameworks
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret regulations, assess risk, and analyze complex financial information
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written reporting and effective verbal interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of Finance, investment products, and financial markets relevant to fund operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in compliance or risk management are an advantage
- Experience in financial services, asset management, or investment funds, preferably within or related to the UAE or regional regulatory environment
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams
- Proficiency in standard office and compliance tools; familiarity with regulatory reporting systems is beneficial

Role Description
- The Compliance Officer is a full time, on site role based in DIFC.
- The position is responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across the fund’s activities.
- Day to day responsibilities include reviewing investment transactions, conducting compliance checks, and maintaining up to date records of regulatory requirements.
- The Compliance Officer will develop and implement compliance frameworks, perform risk assessments, and support internal and external audits.
- This role also involves preparing reports for senior management, providing guidance and training to team members on compliance matters, and liaising with regulators and external partners as needed.
Qualifications
