Responsibilities
- Guide senior leadership and monitor operational efficiency across training centers.
- Maintain quality standards consistent with ISO 9001:2015 certification.
- Build partnerships with universities, corporate clients, and hiring organizations.
- Support placement and scholarship initiatives.
- Oversee financial performance, compliance, brand positioning, and long-term expansion plans.
- Deliver inclusive and high-impact education.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in education, technology training, or a related industry.
- Strong business management experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and organizational planning.
- Experience in Embedded Systems, Full Stack development, or broader technology domains.
- Ability to develop partnerships with academic institutions, corporate clients, and recruitment teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Quality management systems and education-focused accreditation experience are highly beneficial.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial or prior ownership experience is an advantage.
