Role Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote Crosswinds Counseling services, including in-person counseling, online counseling, and the Mental Health EAP.
• Lead market planning initiatives, manage marketing campaigns, and supervise brand messaging.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent communication and support client engagement and retention.
• Analyze market research data, identify growth opportunities, and optimize digital and community-based marketing efforts.
• Track performance metrics, manage budgets, and support the expansion of organizational reach.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Marketing and Marketing Management, including the ability to plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong Market Planning and Market Research skills to assess demand, segment audiences, and inform data-driven strategies.
• Experience collaborating with Sales functions to support lead generation, referrals, and partnership development.
• Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities, with experience guiding cross-functional marketing initiatives.
