Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial models to support short and long term financial planning for Amazon Payment Experience initiatives in MEATR region
- Prepare variance analysis, financial metrics, and reporting to provide insights into business performance
- Partner with key business stakeholders to align financial and operational analyses and drive data driven decision making
- Enhance finance controllership through development and maintenance of models, reports, and processes
- Conduct financial and strategic analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and revenue growth
- Lead individual projects from start to finish, including managing timelines and resolving conflicts
- Identify opportunities to improve, scale, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes
- Manage month end close processes and provide commentary on key drivers of financial performance
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed
Requirements
- 4+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field
- Experience with SQL for data mining and business intelligence

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
- Experience with SQL for data mining and business intelligence
