Role Overview
Support installation, commissioning, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of medium-voltage variable speed drives and soft starter systems.
Provide onsite technical expertise and lead field activities for industrial and energy customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, start up, refurbish, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade medium-voltage soft starters and VSD systems.
- Support VSI and LCI applications for pumps, compressors, turbines, and other rotating equipment.
- Provide emergency repair response and technical field-service support.
- Train customer personnel on operation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose complex electrical and control-system issues and implement corrective actions.
- Lead onsite teams, contractors, and technicians during project execution.
- Prepare technical, service, inspection, timesheet, expense, outage, and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate materials, quotations, and field execution planning.
- Comply with company and customer HSE requirements and maintain a strong safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum seven years of field service experience in industrial electrical systems.
- Experience with medium-voltage VSDs, medium-voltage soft starters, industrial motor control systems, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Preferred Experience
- Strong expertise in VSI and LCI drive technologies.
- Experience with pumps, compressors, turbine starting systems, or heavy industrial processes.
- Experience managing field projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, control systems, and rotating equipment applications.

Able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in demanding environments.

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel in Saudi Arabia up to 80% of the time.
- Valid driving licence.
- Flexibility to work remotely and at customer sites worldwide.
- Strong commitment to HSE and operational excellence.
