Role Overview
The Senior FF&E Designer leads the FF&E activities for non-complex projects in the UAE design center. The jobholder ensures an effective and aesthetic FF&E, which accommodates the requirements of the client, local authorities, architectural standards and codes of practice and the requirements of other disciplines. The Senior FF&E Designer develops FF&E sketches and prepares paints and fabric samples and color palettes for non-complex FF&E projects. The jobholder also selects and designs furnishings, artwork, accessories and internal signage packages for non-complex FF&E projects. He shall stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the FF&E field and represent the firm and share his expertise and knowledge with other team members.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with the management of client relations and expectations on non-complex FF&E projects, as needed
- Support Project Managers in client presentations and workshops, as needed
- Support Project Managers with responding to client clarifications and technical issues on non-complex FF&E projects, as needed
- Ensure client satisfaction with FF&E deliverables
- Support the collection of internally available data to support project execution
