- Greet customers arriving at the salon and provide them with information regarding salon services
- Answer any service related questions
- Determine customer's need for salon services by figuring out their problem areas
- Ensure that customers are handed over to the correct staff member for their services
- Answer telephone calls and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and make follow up calls to customers to remind them of their appointments
- Handle appointment cancellation and shifting duties
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE as a receptionist in Salon, Clinic, Hospital
- Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management/appointment systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience handling client’s registration, appointments, and inquiries
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work as part of a team

Position Overview
- We are seeking experienced Female Receptionists to join our team immediately in Dubai.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE as a receptionist in Salon, Clinic, Hospital.
- Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.
