We are seeking a dynamic FMCG Sales & E-Commerce Executive to drive business growth by expanding retail footprint across traditional and e-commerce channels. The role involves new business development, account management, and e-commerce strategy.

Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and secure new accounts across traditional retail channels (supermarkets, hypermarkets, independent retail, and wholesalers)
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiation, onboarding, and first delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify untapped distribution gaps and commercial opportunities
- Lead the expansion of our brand across major e commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Namshi etc)
- Manage listing creation, content optimization, stock availability, and visibility campaigns on digital platforms
- Monitor and optimize e commerce sales metrics, including sell through rates, conversion rates, and customer reviews
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with category managers and purchasing agents
- Design and execute joint business plans (JBPs) and promotional calendars to drive volume and brand visibility
- Ensure optimal product placement, pricing alignment, and stock consistency across all channels
Requirements
- An established, active network of contacts among retail buyers and category managers
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience within the FMCG sector, with a strong portfolio of successfully onboarded retail clients (non van sales)
- Minimum of 1–2 years of hands on experience managing and scaling brands on e commerce marketplaces or digital B2B/B2C platforms
- Exceptional negotiation, commercial acumen, and relationship building skills
- Strong data literacy—ability to analyze sales data, inventory metrics, and sell through rates
- Self motivated and target driven with a 'hunter' mentality for new business
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently for client meetings

- In this role, you will be responsible for pioneering new client relationships across both traditional brick and mortar retail and rapidly growing e commerce platforms.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset for business development, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of managing and expanding digital sales channels.
