Role Overview

  • Vindico is seeking a culturally aware and commercially sharp Senior Fashion Sales professional to join the Soulland flagship store at Dubai Hills Mall.
  • Reporting to the Store Manager, the Senior Fashion Sales will serve as a floor leader, supporting daily operations, mentoring the sales team, and delivering a warm, knowledgeable, and on brand customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized in store experience reflecting Soulland's authentic values.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through attentive clienteling and follow up.
  • Proactively promote new arrivals, collaborations, and library products.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Support Store Manager in supervising sales floor and maintaining operational standards.
  • Act as mentor and role model for Fashion Sales associates.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members.
  • Lead the floor in Store Manager's absence.
  • Maintain deep product and brand knowledge.
  • Support visual merchandising alignment.
  • Support daily operational tasks including stock management, replenishment, and store presentation.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Genuine passion for premium streetwear, lifestyle fashion, and contemporary culture.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of fashion retail sales experience, ideally in premium streetwear or lifestyle environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong clienteling instincts.
  • Commercially minded with understanding of retail KPIs.
  • Ability to mentor peers.
  • POS system proficiency and basic operational awareness.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in premium fashion retail.
  • Demonstrable record of hitting personal sales targets.
  • Confident, warm communicator.
  • Styling instinct.
  • English essential, Arabic and/or additional language an advantage.

KRA

  • Deliver the full Soulland customer experience at highest standard.
  • Act as Store Manager on duty in SM's absence.
  • Own the fitting room zone with proactive engagement.
  • Build a personal clienteling book.
  • Support VM in maintaining floor standards.
  • Mentor and buddy new Sales Associates during first 30 days.
  • Complete daily shift handover note.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and UPT benchmarks.

Performance KPIs

  • Individual monthly sales contribution.
  • UPT (1.8).
  • ATV: 500.
  • Conversion rate (10% at store level).
  • Clienteling log – minimum 15 30 customer entries updated per month.
  • Drive customer retention with minimum 5 repeating customers per month from Month 4.
  • Mystery shop service score – minimum 4.5/5.0.
