BGIS is looking for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation and service delivery of a highly secure, long standing government precinct in Osborne. Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will work closely with both client and BGIS teams to support contractual outcomes, guide a site based team, and ensure facilities are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed standards.

Extensive experience within facilities management, property, or integrated services environments.
Demonstrated experience overseeing site based teams within complex or high-risk environments.
Strong hard services and operational maintenance experience.
Sound commercial and contract understanding, including financial reporting and budgeting.
Experience managing subcontractors and supplier performance.
Advanced understanding of technical legislation relating to facilities maintenance.
Experience working within QA, WHS, and environmental systems.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CMMS platforms.
Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
Experience within defence, shipbuilding, aviation, or similarly complex secure environments.
Formal tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline.
Industry-recognised qualifications in Building or Facilities Management (TAFE, Tertiary, or Property Council).
Facilities Maintenance Management, Project Management, or Property Management qualifications.
Training in current WHS, QA, and environmental legislation and systems.
Existing NV1 or higher security clearance.
To be successful in the role, applicants must be an Australian Citizen and be eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance .
